Maximize Your Dental Insurance
Dental Care is Worth It
Dentistry can do so much these days to improve a your health, appearance and self-confidence. Dentistry today offers state-of-the-art treatments to treat a myriad of dental conditions. From invisible teeth-straightening options like Invisalign to dental implants that replace missing teeth, there is a solution to virtually any dental problem. Attention to your oral health care is attention to your overall health care; it is time and money well spent!
Your Dental Health Is Too Important
Our goal at Mountain Aire Dentistry is to remove any financial barriers between you and the dental care you need. Prior to scheduling any treatment, our dedicated financial care team members can provide you with an estimate of costs. Our experienced team can help you maximize your dental benefits and offer you options for alternative financing if needed.
At your first visit, we will gather your current insurance information. You will be asked to confirm this information at future visits so our system stays up-to-date and fully informed to serve you. Insured dental patients will receive cost estimates organized by insured and uninsured costs. You are responsible for any uninsured costs. These costs should be paid the day services are rendered. As a professional courtesy, we file all claim forms electronically, provide postage for special claims, and track claims for you.
Since the majority of dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of associated treatment costs and receiving payment from insurance companies is often delayed, insured patients are asked to pay deductibles and their portion of charges when services are provided. Treatment estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance company and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined.
Cash Pay Patients
Don’t have any dental coverage, you aren’t alone! Only about 50 percent of Americans have private dental insurance to defray the cost, according to a September 2013 report by the Government Accountability Office. Mountain Aire Dentistry accepts cash, checks, debit and most major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Flex Cards, Flex Spending monies, HSA Cards, and HSA monies. We also offer flexible financing options (see below) so our patients can receive the dental care they needed and still stick to their monthly budgets.
Mountain Aire Dentistry offers to finance through CareCredit® for those who qualify. With CareCredit, you can finance 100% of your dental treatment with no upfront costs, no pre-payment penalties, and no annual fees. CareCredit allows you to break up your total dental cost into manageable monthly payments. CareCredit offers patients have 12-18 months of 0% interest!
